The framework focuses on delivering safe, reliable and efficient project outcomes for TfL and its stakeholders, with activity spanning site-based delivery, office coordination and collaboration with engineering, operational and technology partners. For a Project Manager Graduate, this environment provides exposure to live rail projects, stakeholder engagement and programme delivery, together with the opportunity to develop practical project management skills within a safety-critical industry. The graduate will work alongside experienced colleagues, rotate through relevant project functions and gradually take on more responsibility as their skills and confidence develop.

- Update action, risk, issue, decision and change registers with support from the project team.
- Gather and check information for programme, cost and performance reporting.
- Assist with document control, filing and the maintenance of accurate project records.
- Work with colleagues across design, engineering, commercial, planning, construction and assurance to understand how each discipline contributes to delivery.
- Support site visits, inspections and project reviews in accordance with safety requirements and personal competence.
- Follow Amey and TfL procedures for health, safety, environment, quality and project assurance, asking for guidance where required.
- Build positive working relationships with TfL, delivery partners, suppliers and internal teams.
- Apply feedback, reflect on lessons learned and maintain evidence of progress towards agreed development objectives.
- Take responsibility for small, clearly defined tasks or work packages with appropriate supervision, increasing responsibility as competence develops.
