Primary responsibilities of the job include:
- Managing design/build construction process
- Oversee own jobs with strong leadership skills
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
A successful candidate will possess the following:
- 10 years of direct experience in industrial construction
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
- Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently
- Must have experience with multi-million-dollar projects
Salary Range: $130-180K
