Achuti LLC, an award-winning design-build and construction firm serving military and federal clients globally, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key leader in our company, you will oversee complex construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. This position offers the opportunity to make an impact and grow within a rapidly expanding firm.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring alignment with standards, client expectations, and industry best practices.
- Team Management: Lead project teams, including contractors and stakeholders, to achieve milestones and objectives.
- Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet timelines and cost targets.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify, address, and resolve project risks to prevent delays or budget overruns.
- Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders while providing transparent updates to clients and senior management.
- Estimating & Proposals: Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposal packages tailored to client needs and budgets.
- Client Relations & Growth: Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business development and expand opportunities.
- Strategic Support: Advise leadership on business opportunities and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in construction project management preferred, ideally with federal or military contracts.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction processes, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for clear presentations and stakeholder engagement.
- Initiative: Self-motivated with a track record of driving projects to success.
- Client Relations: Proven ability to build relationships, ensure satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities.
