Senior IT Project Manager - ERP Implementations

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple ERP implementation projects for a growing organization. This is a client-side role , working directly with an external ERP implementation partner to manage scope, timelines, deliverables, and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent ERP implementation projects and workstreams.
- Manage the external implementation partner, including SOWs, scope, change orders, milestones, and deliverables.
- Partner with CIO, CFO, and executive stakeholders to manage priorities, risks, and project decisions.
- Oversee ERP workstreams including financial setup, data migration, integrations, UAT, and cutover.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and competing priorities.
- Support change management, training, and user adoption.
Requirements
- 6+ years of client-side ERP implementation experience using a third-party implementation partner.
- PMP certification required.
- Experience managing implementation partners, including SOW/scope management and change order negotiation.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent ERP workstreams .
- NetSuite experience preferred; Dynamics or Sage Intacct also considered.
- Experience in a private-equity-owned or highly cost/timeline-driven environment .
