Micone Executive Recruiting is searching for an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects and high-performing teams.
We're looking for a proven leader who understands the business side of construction just as well as project execution.
Responsibilities
Lead multiple large-scale electrical construction projects
Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and financial performance
Oversee forecasting, contracts, change orders, procurement, and invoicing
Partner with field leadership, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Drive profitability, safety, quality, and schedule performance
Mentor and develop project teams
Qualifications
7–10+ years of electrical construction project management experience
Experience leading multiple large or complex projects
Proven success managing profitable project portfolios
Commercial, mission‑critical, data center, or major‑project experience preferred
Strong leadership, financial, and client‑management skills
Electrical Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred
Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus
