Overview You will lead highways maintenance projects across Essex, split between Basildon office and on-site deliveries. You own programmes, resources, and site execution, coordinating labour and subcontractors while liaising with public authorities to ensure safe, on-time, and to-specification outcomes. Responsibilities - Manage programmes and site delivery from start to finish
- Coordinate labour and subcontractors
- Plan and order materials
- Liaise with stakeholders including public authorities and framework contacts
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
- Split time between Basildon office and on-site management
Key requirements - Project Management experience within civils / highways / infrastructure (or similar)
- Confident managing site teams and taking ownership of live sites
- CSCS / SSSTS (or equivalent)
