A leading financial advisory firm with a legacy as one of the oldest independent investment banks, advising on transactions exceeding $230 billion. They are seeking a hands‑on leader for their Program Management Office to drive complex programs and build PMO standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the Program Management Office and a team of project managers and Scrum Masters
- Personally lead the firm’s most complex programs
- Recruit, coach, and manage performance of team members
- Build PMO standards and governance
- Identify dependencies, bottlenecks, and contingencies to inform leadership decisions
Qualifications
- Financial services experience required
- Investment-banking experience strongly preferred
- Technology program, SDLC, and Agile experience required
Compensation
Salary: $175,000 – $250,000, Plus Bonus
