Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to support exciting projects in the Renal and Autoimmune therapy areas.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role offers the opportunity to lead global studies and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. The Renal project is particularly urgent, so candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply promptly.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong background in full-service project management within a CRO setting.
- Proven experience managing global clinical studies.
- Expertise in bid defense and budget negotiation processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
The Clinical Project Manager's responsibilities will be:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for clinical trial programmes, ensuring successful execution across all phases.
- Lead global studies while maintaining adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Support bid defence presentations and play an active role in budget planning and negotiations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive efficient project delivery.
- Anticipate potential risks and challenges, implementing proactive solutions to minimise impact.
- Deliver clear and timely project updates, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and key milestones.
Compensation:
- $160,000 to $180,000 per annum.
