We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-value construction projects from start to finish. You’ll own the budget, drive the schedule, manage the team, and be the face of the project to the client.
This is not a sit‑back role — this is for someone who wants control, responsibility, and the ability to actually impact outcomes.
What You’ll Own
- Manage 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $20-35M+ annually.
- Full financial performance and profitability.
- Client relationships and communication.
- Schedules, change orders, and execution.
What You Bring
- 10+ years running construction projects.
- Experience owning large budgets and delivering results.
- Strong leadership — you can push a job forward, not just manage it.
- Comfortable in fast‑moving, high‑pressure environments.
