Overview In this role you lead hospital construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects within a healthcare-focused firm. You will drive project delivery for NHS trusts in North London and Hertfordshire, ensuring time and budget targets are met. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage procurement, planning, and oversight of authorisations. You will own project plans, supervise other PMs, and report on progress, influencing successful outcomes in a complex healthcare environment. Pay / Benefits Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate hospital construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects for healthcare clients
- Manage commercial teams in budgeting, planning and procurement processes
- Analyse monthly progress reports, identify discrepancies and trends
- Deliver multiple projects on time and within budget to client expectations
- Supervise other project managers and maintain overall project plan
- Utilise MS Office and MS Project for project tracking and reporting
- Engage with NHS/healthcare trusts and stakeholders to secure approvals and align with requirements
Key requirements - Senior Project Manager with hospital construction/refurbishment experience
- MEP Building Services Engineering background preferred
- Experience with construction consultants or public sector clients
- Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to supervise PMs
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and maintain project plans
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
