Overview In this role you lead the execution of Electrification Service projects, ensuring activities align with procedures, standards, and targets. You guide the project team to deliver contracted outcomes and meet commitments. You’ll oversee planning, progress monitoring, and resource use to achieve project goals, while driving risk management and formal project closure with the customer. The role sits within a collaborative team focused on safety, learning, and meaningful impact.

Responsibilities - Lead project execution and set the approach for internal and external resources to meet goals
- Monitor progress, resource utilization, and project financials
- Identify, quantify, and manage project risks; pursue opportunities
- Drive formal project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgement
Key requirements - 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in electrical service projects
- Proficiency with project management tools and SAP systems
- Strong communication in English; valid UK driving license
- PMP certification and IOSH certification are advantageous
- Electrical engineering degree or certifications advantageous
