Overview In this Electrical Project Manager role, you will lead an end-to-end project lifecycle on a large Bristol project for an M+E contractor. You’ll drive delivery, from pre-construction planning to commissioning and aftercare, ensuring profitable outcomes and adherence to engineering, quality, safety, and schedule targets. You’ll coordinate with the principal contractor, manage site activities, and foster a high-performing, professional team environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on project success and stakeholder relations.
Responsibilities - Lead the project lifecycle from pre-construction planning and estimating handover to delivery, commissioning, practical completion and aftercare
- Ensure profitable project delivery while achieving engineering, quality, safety and programme objectives
- Liaise daily with the principal contractor to agree work sequences and coordinate site activities
- Maintain accurate project records and participate in commercial and operational meetings
- Lead and motivate teams to foster a positive, high-performing site environment
- Oversee data flow processes to support project delivery
