Overview In this role you will lead 2–3 commercial/industrial/renewables projects from inception to handover, ensuring cost and programme control while maintaining high safety standards. You’ll operate within a growing business, contributing to its expansion and leadership development through a bespoke training programme. You act as the main on-site contact, coordinating diverse stakeholders and driving high-quality delivery. A clear path to senior responsibility awaits as the team scales.

Responsibilities - Manage multiple commercial/industrial construction projects (typically 2–3) from start to finish
- Oversee project lifecycle and on-site operations
- Maintain safe, well-organised sites and enforce H&S standards
- Control project costs and schedule/programme to time and budget
- Serve as main point of contact on site and coordinate with stakeholders
- Support the business growth by delivering quality projects and contributing to leadership development
- Ensure compliance and smooth handover of completed works
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with project goals
Key requirements - Experience delivering projects in Commercial, industrial or Renewables sectors
- Strong cost control and programme control experience
- Full UK driving licence
