Overview In this role you will lead high‑end residential projects from feasibility through to handover, working within a boutique PQS/PM consultancy in central London. You will manage projects from start to finish, represent the client, chair meetings, and ensure delivery on time and within budget. The position sits in a firm operating as an Employee Ownership Trust, offering a client‑facing, delivery‑driven environment. Responsibilities - Manage full project lifecycle from feasibility to completion
- Represent the client and chair project meetings
- Oversee pre and post contract duties
- Control overall budgets and ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare and present formal reports/documents to clients
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-end residential schemes
- Maintain client relationships and ensure high standards of service
Key requirements - MRICS or MAPM preferred
- Experience as Project Manager on high-value residential projects
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Strong client-facing, written English communication
- Experience with feasibility studies through handover
