Overview In this Project Manager role, you lead end-to-end project delivery for real estate commissions, interfacing with clients to meet time, cost and quality targets. You will shape project objectives, governance and cross-functional team collaboration within Turner & Townsend’s Real Estate practice in Sheffield. You handle varied scales, including large advisory initiatives like urban regeneration funding, and drive performance through KPIs and robust reporting. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project management commissions.
- Serve as the primary client interface to ensure objectives are met and projects stay on time and on budget.
- Manage projects up to approximately 40m in value, with potential for larger advisory engagements.
- Advise at project conception on approaches to achieve objectives.
- Establish success criteria across time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
- Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues.
- Set up project governance, processes and systems for the project.
- Produce detailed project plans and advise on resource procurement.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
- Apply performance management techniques and KPIs to improve project outcomes.
- Oversee change control processes and project finances.
- Manage information flow between team and client via meetings and reports.
- Produce formal project progress and other reports.
- Interface with clients and other consultants across project stages.
Key requirements - Degree qualification in a relevant discipline (desirable).
- Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment (essential).
