Overview In this role you will lead project controls for major infrastructure programmes in London and the South East. You’ll oversee cost, schedule, safety, environment and performance reporting, ensuring accurate data and aligned control processes. You’ll implement GRIP-compliant controls and coordinate with planning and delivery teams to optimise resources and plans. Responsibilities - Lead the programme controls function for infrastructure projects in London
- Establish and maintain GRIP-compliant control processes at Territory/Project level
- Monitor and report on plans, cost, safety, environment and performance
- Resource planning and liaison with planning functions to resolve resourcing issues
- Ensure data quality and standardisation across cost and performance systems
- Produce Investment Plan and ensure compliance with Investment Competence Framework
- Support Programme and Project Managers with data-driven reporting
- Review new project proposals/remits to ensure realistic resource plans
Key requirements - Experience in planning and scheduling functions (schedule development, control, analysis)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with PC operating systems and basic software applications
- Experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction and startup processes
