Coordinate closely with superintendents and field staff to ensure constructability, safety, and quality standards are met
Lead subcontractor buyout, RFI management, submittal review, and project documentation
Identify and proactively resolve issues affecting cost, schedule, or scope
Mentor project engineers/assistant PMs as needed

Experience with CMAR, Design-Build, and/or hard-bid delivery methods
Strong working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software
Proven track record managing project budgets in the multi-million-dollar range
Excellent communication and client-management skills
OSHA 30 certification preferred

What's Offered

Employee ownership (ESOP) — a direct financial stake in the company's performance
Strong internal promotion culture with clear paths to Senior PM and beyond
Competitive compensation and full benefits package
A team-oriented, safety-first culture with genuine investment in employee development and community involvement
