You don’t cut corners. You notice the things others miss, and it bothers you when the work isn’t done right. If you want to own your projects from start to finish—building a plan, following through on every detail, and delivering results your name stands behind—Integrated Restoration is looking for you. We’re seeking a Project Manager who is methodical, precise, and takes full ownership of their work.

This is a role for someone who already knows what needs to happen next—and does it without being asked. Your communication is direct and factual. You document thoroughly because that’s how you operate, not because someone is checking. You prefer structure over ambiguity, and you’d rather be judged by the quality of your work than how well you work a room. When a project is yours, you see it through to close-out—systematically, every time.

At Integrated Restoration, we don’t just restore properties—we restore peace of mind. Our 24/7 restoration and cleaning services help homeowners, property managers, and businesses recover quickly and confidently.

We’re built on five core values:

Communication – Clear, early, and often
Learning – Constant improvement and certification
Excellence – Every job, every time
Accountability – Owning outcomes—and everyone who contributes to them
Reliability – We do what we say

What You’ll Do:

Organize, lead, and control all aspects of restoration and reconstruction projects from initial inspection through completion
Manage multiple active jobs simultaneously while serving as the overall lead for customer experience
Visit job sites to validate scopes of work, obtain contracts, and take customer selections
Own project budgets end-to-end—writing accurate scopes, tracking costs, and documenting all change orders and supplements
Coordinate in-house crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to keep projects on schedule
Maintain clear, consistent communication with insureds, adjusters, and internal teams
Keep thorough project documentation in Dash and Xactanalysis

What Does Success Look Like?

Every project you touch is closed out on time, on budget, and to standard—no loose ends
Adjusters and customers trust your word because you follow through on every commitment
Your documentation is thorough and your scopes are accurate—the estimator rarely has to chase you
You anticipate problems before they escalate and solve them without being told
Subcontractors and vendors meet your standards because you hold them accountable

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary + commission + profit sharing
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) with company match
Paid time off
Fuel card, cell phone, and laptop
Direct access to leadership and real upward mobility

Who Thrives Here:

Proven experience in construction or restoration project management
History of success in insurance restoration, water mitigation, and/or general construction
Proficient in Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Dash, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical skills with a natural attention to accuracy and detail
Direct, factual communicator who keeps thorough documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent field experience accepted
Self-sufficient and process-driven—you take a task, complete it, and close it out without needing to be chased

If your standard for the work you put out is the same whether someone’s watching or not, and you want to build something with a company that values precision, accountability, and doing the job right—apply today to Integrated Restoration.
