About the Role

IPC is looking for an HR & Project Manager to work directly with our CEO on two fronts: filling key leadership and technical positions, and helping the organization prepare for the integration of AI-driven automation. This is a role for someone who can operate as a true HR generalist while also thinking like a project manager and change strategist. You'll help shape hiring strategy for critical roles today while laying the groundwork for a workforce that increasingly works alongside automated systems.

What You'll Do

Partner with the CEO to identify, source, and close candidates for key positions across the organization
Manage full-cycle recruiting for priority roles, from job description through offer
Assess current workforce structure and identify where automation could complement or reshape existing roles
Support broader HR functions as needed (compliance, onboarding, policy, employee relations)
Act as a project lead on CEO-priority initiatives that don't fit neatly into one department

What You Need

HR experience (generalist, recruiting, or business partner background all welcome)
Openness to AI and automation; curiosity about how these tools reshape work, not resistance to it
Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a growing company

Nice to Have

Experience in manufacturing or another similar industry
Exposure to workforce automation, robotics, or AI tools in an operational setting
Project management experience
