Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Analysis and Project Management
- Background in Compliance, Risk Management, or Legal environments
- Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory processes
- Experience with data mapping and taxonomy adoption
- Prior involvement in compliance risk assessments or related regulatory programs
- Knowledge of tools and processes for integrating compliance activities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist with data mapping coordination across cross-functional stakeholders
- Provide business analysis support for CRA projects focused on regulatory compliance
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and reporting
- Support CRA execution by reviewing input, synthesizing data, and drafting reports
- Collaborate with Compliance teams to improve integration of compliance activities, including taxonomy adoption and annual planning processes
- Support real-time data linkage initiatives to optimize communication and tools
- Develop consolidated compliance profiles for key legal entities
- Handle ad-hoc tasks in support of CRA deliverables
