This role is based in London, UK.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic programs with large scale activities that span multiple teams and business partners.
- Ensure successful execution of complex, cross-functional programs.
- Work closely with program executive sponsors to scope and operationalize successful programs.
- Build alignment among key program stakeholders.
- Spot and creatively solve complex operational issues.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies and process improvement.
- Assemble and mobilize teams to execute on program objectives.
- Represent the organization with company leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years’ experience in a management consulting or strategic program management role.
- Proven track record of communication skills and experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Experience in change management and operationalizing programs.
- BA/BS degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading global programs with international teams.
- Experience in Corporate Real Estate Organizations.
