Title: Sales Content Manager – Institutional Products

Duration: 6 months

Location: Remote

Pay: 40

Duties:

Coinbase Institutional is seeking a skilled contractor to develop, maintain, and evolve the sales collateral suite for Coinbase Prime - our integrated platform for trading, financing, and custody. This role is central to ensuring our sales teams have institutional-grade materials that communicate Prime’s full value proposition across client segments, products, and geographies.

You’ll help craft compelling narratives and high-impact materials that articulate why Prime is the market standard for institutional crypto, supporting everything from enterprise sales engagements to Tier 1 client meetings and product launches.

Job Description

Develop high-quality sales decks, one-pagers, and product overviews for client Prime, covering custody, trading, financing, and unification initiatives.
Continuously update and refine collateral to reflect new features, product launches, market trends, and client feedback.
Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and Legal/Compliance teams to ensure all materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with clients institutional positioning.
Support sales with ad-hoc client materials, ensuring a consistent voice and message across regions and client types.
Collaborate with the RFI/RFP team to standardize messaging across institutional products and channels.
Manage and organize content within Highspot, ensuring collateral is easy to find, current, and effectively tagged.
Establish clear measurement criteria for collateral usage and effectiveness, reporting progress and insights over time.

Qualifications

4–6 years’ experience creating sales collateral, product narratives, or RFP responses within financial services or fintech.
Strong understanding of institutional trading, custody, and financing, familiarity with prime brokerage or capital markets is a plus.
Excellent storytelling skills: able to synthesize complex ideas into clear, concise, and visually compelling materials.
Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides, and experience working with enablement platforms like Highspot.
Ability to quickly learn technical product details and regulatory context.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
Collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Haves

Experience working in crypto or digital assets.
Familiarity with Client Prime or other institutional platforms.
Understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting institutional crypto (MiCA, FCA, SEC/CFTC, etc.).
Basic design and layout fluency to independently polish materials to brand standard.
