The ideal candidate will lead complex enterprise infrastructure programs, including data migration initiatives, while leveraging Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise infrastructure projects across multiple workstreams.Develop and maintain detailed program and project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Lead data migration projects, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance throughout the process.Gather and analyze data to inform program strategies and decisions.Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior stakeholders.Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Track and manage program budgets, scope, and schedules.Escalate issues promptly and effectively to ensure resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve program objectives.Apply business analysis skills to assess requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful outcomes.Utilize Jira and Agile practices to manage tasks, sprints, and team deliverables.Qualifications10+ years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure projects and programs.Experience in financial services or large banking environments is required.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Strong proficiency in Jira.Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies (networking, servers, cloud, storage, etc.).Hands-on experience driving data migration projects.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process improvement.PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification preferred.
