Contract length:12 month contract
Schedule: 40 hrs/week | Onsite 5 days/week during training, then 4 days/week onsite
Pay: 30-37/hr
Scheduling Analyst III – Clean Products Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 5–10 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
Scheduling Analyst III – Clean Products Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience running financial and inventory reports in SAP (S4 preferred).
- 2+ years as a scheduler within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organization and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, collaborative team player with a customer-service mindset.
Scheduling Analyst III – Clean Products Description:
The Scheduling Analyst III supports the Clean Products Trading & Supply business unit by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of transactional and inventory data within SAP S4. This role collaborates with traders, schedulers, offshore teams, and the Trade Support group to maintain proper accounting representation of supply movements.
- Monitoring and verifying transactions related to Clean Products movements in SAP S4.
- Running and analyzing monthly inventory Build/Draw reports.
- Collaborating with offshore service providers and traders to ensure data accuracy.
- Reviewing and resolving complex Discrepancy Error Workbench (DEW) items.
- Acting as a backup DEW reviewer when schedulers are unavailable.
- Assisting schedulers and trade support teams with troubleshooting and reconciliations.
- Preparing reconciliation summaries and communicating trends to management.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities in scheduling and reporting.
- Supporting high-volume activity during month-end close and other critical periods.
