Job Description:
The Facilities Project Manager for Technology and Construction will oversee projects from planning to completion, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards, and communicating with stakeholders. The role requires a blend of construction, technology, and project management skills, including developing project proposals, managing contracts, and evaluating technology and software options for facility integration.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Oversee and direct all phases of capital construction and technology installation.
- Clarify objectives, develop timelines and track project milestones.
- Manage project scope, resources, and staff.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects stay on track financially.
- Oversee project close-out, including final inspections and documentation.
Construction and Vendor Oversight
- Coordinate and oversee activities of team members working across multiple sites spanning CNP and vendor locations across states.
- Ensure the project team follow plans, specifications, and building codes.
Technology, Compliance and Safety
- Manage implementation of new technologies and maintenance of existing systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, legal requirements, and company procedures.
Communications
- Strong communication skills with a professional presence and ability to communicate appropriately with senior leadership.
- Manage communications to ensure stakeholders are updated of progress and status.
Travel
- Openness to travel to sites for site assessments and technical go-lives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in managing both construction and technology projects including experience with technology infrastructure and A/V.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and understand schematics and building diagrams.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) and any certifications that apply to this role.
