Overview
The EiP Program Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Early in Profession hiring and development across Asia. This role is pivotal in shaping the future workforce by driving demand planning, enhancing EiP experience, and enabling talent development initiatives to build a future leadership pipeline and improve organization talent bench. This role is based in Tokyo and requires fluent Japanese and with business-level proficiency in English.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Tech, HR, Business or related field AND 6+ yearswork experience in HR program management, employee experience, university recruiting, hiring programs or other related areas.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Fluent in Japanese and with business-level proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with process optimization, including mapping, redesign, and automation of workflows.
- Skilled in driving analytics driven solutions and in managing large-scale or complex projects/programs.
- Consulting, storytelling skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills, alongside the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into practical, human-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Demand Forecasting
- Drive the overall strategy and framework for the Aspire program.
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and GTA to identify EiP hiring needs across IC1/IC2/IC3 roles.
- Develop regional workforce plans aligned with business priorities and budget targets.
Program Design & Execution
- Partner with Corp EiP Program team to land and manage Asia EiP onboarding, mentorship, and career development programs.
- Ensure alignment with global EiP frameworks and local market needs.
- Lead Japan to design and implement its unique 3 months EiP on-boarding program.
- Monitor and evaluate program success measures.
- Vendor management as needed with sufficient budget secured.
Experience & Retention
- Monitor EiP engagement and retention metrics.
- Implement feedback loops and continuous improvement strategies to enhance EiP experience.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HRBPs, and university recruiting teams.
- Serve as the regional point of contact for EiP-related initiatives and escalations.
Community Engagement
- Develop and maintain an Asia-wide early careers community.
- Organize events and initiatives to engage and motivate early career talent.
Data & Reporting
- Track program performance, metrics, and ROI.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Expertise and insights grounded in talent development practices and country-specific landscapes.
- Demonstrate a nuanced understanding of the career development landscape for EiP across individual countries, leveraging organizational data.
