LabWare Workstream Project Manager – (Contract) – Remote – Eastern or Central Time zones

Global consultancy seeks a remote 6-month contract LabWare LIMS Workstream Project Manager to assist end client with a Quality Control Program for LabWare Implementation/Enhancement. This person will require 3+ years LabWare LIMS as Project Manager, as well as LIMS QC workflow expertise to include lab processes, sample management, and analytical workflows. Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies are required. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering LabWare LIMS implementation/enhancement for large digital transformation/lab systems program. Opportunity offers a remote 6-month contract with likely extensions, and the chance to support a large consultancy, known for re-hiring tried and true talent for many future projects.

Responsibilities

Planning, coordinating, and delivering LabWare LIMS implementation/enhancement for a large digital transformation to include the QC Program.
Ensuring alignment between business requirements, technical design, validation, and deployment activities across global or site-specific laboratories.
Oversee project scope, timelines, resources, risk management, and stakeholder communications while ensuring successful delivery of LabWare LIMS workstream within a GxP compliance and ensuring data integrity standards are met.
Developing/maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
Serving as primary liaison between Stakeholders, Validation, QA, and IT as well as LabWare consultants.
Managing requirements gathering, solutions design, configuration, testing and all validation activities while ensuring deliverables meet GxP/CSV compliance and data integrity requirements.
Managing RAID log while performing risk management.
Communicating with leadership, technical, and QC teams while maintaining control over tasks and schedule.

Requirements

Ability to work eastern/central time zones.
Must work as W2 paid employee, whether this is as an individual or through a third party.
3+ years LabWare LIMS expertise as Project Manager.
Proven track record in managing cross functional teams, vendors, and consultants.
History and familiarity with lab processes, sample management, and analytical workflows.
Expertise within LIMS Quality Control.
Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
