Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in consumer product management or related technical role.
- Experience with front-end product development working with UX design.
- Experience with A/B testing or user research methodologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience using data to inform product decisions.
- Experience with community-focused products or social media platforms.
- Knowledge of YouTube's platform ecosystem, creators, and viewers.
- Ability to translate user needs and business objectives into detailed product specifications and roadmaps.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for viewer and creator experiences for YouTube Comments. You will drive the ideation and execution for high-impact features that are central to how users discover and have conversations on YouTube, working with design, UXR, engineering and data science.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
