Technical Program Manager Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on management of the entire product/program lifecycle, from the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases of cross-functional data, application infrastructure products and projects.
- Move internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions, and measure impact by defining meaningful metrics to meet company growth goals.
- Prioritize products and projects based on impact level and leverage data to drive prioritization and roadmap decisions.
- Foster a culture of data driven decision-making throughout the entire product life cycle.
- Map dependencies and relationship between products, projects and technologies throughout stages of product modification and upgrades.
- Establish excellent working relations with all partners with an emphasis on maximizing team members' potential, providing day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for products, projects, and tasks.
- Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related field, and 24 months of work experience in job offered or in a product or program management-related occupation
- Experience must include 24 months of experience in the following:
- Program, product, project, or technical management
- Working on infrastructure, business solutions, or company growth implementation projects from inception to delivery
- Defining scope, understanding business requirements, and translating needs into technical requirements
- Collecting data points across disparate projects and delivering data-driven insights
- Cross-organizational work in which teams and individuals are held accountable to timelines and deliverables
- Driving internal process improvements across teams and functions to ensure high performance bars are met
- Developing strategies to address tooling and framework gaps faced by engineering teams and
- Using multiple communication mediums to distribute information and tailoring a message to an audience

$266,364/year to $308,220/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
