We are looking for a passionate individual to develop and manage the execution of innovative consumer financing and affordability programs to make Apple products and services more accessible to consumers in the vibrant South Asia region.
Description
- Lead end-to-end management of consumer financing and affordability programs, ensuring commercial success, compelling offers & proposition, robust eligibility, seamless & positive customer experience, and business growth.
- Develop consumer financing commercial frameworks, manage commercial negotiation & compliance with financial institutions and channel partners.
- Perform both internal/external commercial analysis, emerging market trends, customer financing trends, and offers data to develop deep knowledge of program offerings.
- Design innovative financing offers, eligibility criteria, credit funnel expansion, and robust underwriting frameworks for new-to-credit customer segments.
- Manage the implementation of customer experiences across all touch points, technology enablement, Go-to-Market & launch plan.
- Manage affordability programs rollout and expansion to channel partners with financial institutions, vendors, and technology enablers.
- Define, track, optimize program performance & roadmap using KPIs and data insights.
- Maintain engagement with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver program outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in commercial roles, product or program management within financial institutions, fintech, management consulting, or technology vendors.
- Deep knowledge of Southeast Asian consumer financing schemes, interest rates, lending landscape, financial ecosystem & regulations, and credit risk assessment.
- Highly collaborative and adept at navigating ambiguity. Skilled in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs from concept to launch and optimization, showcasing strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional business acumen, analytical and business modeling skills, and attention to detail. Ability to systematically apply structure and principles using data.
- High proficiency in Keynote, Pages/Word, and Excel/Numbers.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving tech or financial services environment. Adaptable to stakeholders’ business priorities.
- Demonstrated passion and deep understanding of Southeast Asian consumer behaviors, financing preferences, and market dynamics are highly valued. Proficiency in a regional business language is a strong asset, but not mandatory.
- Deep understanding & familiarity with financial technology platforms, APIs, and data analytics tools.
- Exceptional problem solver with proven skills in synthesizing complex problems, creating programmatic solutions, and scaling program execution across markets.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, proven track record at securing executive buy-in and aligning diverse stakeholders through impactful storytelling.
- Proven experience in securing and negotiating large & complex commercial agreements.
- A relevant Master’s degree, PMP, Agile or similar certification is preferred.
