Position Responsibilities:
Drive inventory efficiency through the identification and resolution of overstock and understock defects to support optimal CX. Develop actionable insights that relentlessly provide a better customer experience and hold U.S. supply chain, operations, and retail functions accountable for improving their outcomes. Work with Operations, Category Leaders, In-Stock Managers, Engineering, Transportation experts, SCOT Functions, Product and Finance partners to provide solutions. Establish and lead inventory efficiency improvement through programmatic and system solutions across multiple teams. Mine and analyze data for metrics and decision support on improving inventory health. Develop new insights and tools to understand the intent of the customer, and create 3-5 year roadmaps for scalable solutions to improve inventory efficiency.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): experience in product, program, or project management; leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services; and experience with Supply Chain and Inventory Management.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $116,300/year to $160,000/year.
