This Program Manager will own the site's engagement and culture strategy execution across manufacturing and warehouse salaried as well as hourly workforce. The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as have a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. We are looking for someone who naturally connects with people and can identify and execute against strategic opportunities to improve work-environment, culture and morale. This PM must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.This role would need to support teams across day and night shifts, depending on planned engagement events, flexibility in working hours is a must.
Key job responsibilities
• Establish site's monthly, quarterly, and yearly engagement calendar closely adhering to the budget requirements.
• Own hands-on execution of engagement events across multiple shifts and teams.
• Partner with senior leadership to plan and organize purpose driven engagement activities with measurable results.
• Manage and complete expense reports.
• Maintaining schedules, planning events, coordinating meetings, and tours.
• Own and manage conference room coordination and room calendar management.
• Conduct clerical duties, including filing, full office management, responding to emails, preparing documents and presentations using graphics, graphs, and internal information and platforms.
• Type meeting notes, create conference agendas and manage content creation as needed.
• Assist with internal communications for technicians and leadership among multiple platforms, interfaces, and programs.
• Work with outside vendors as required.
• Run work-related errands as needed.
• Think and plan ahead, delegate responsibilities appropriately and manage time effectively.
• Compile team goals, track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on pending items.
• Identify culture improvement initiatives and build scalable programs for those.
• Review technician feedback and escalate as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels
- 2+ years of experience with event planning, coordination and management
- 1+ years of experience with calendar management and expense reporting
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
