Position: Program Manager III – MBA AMZ24900.1
Location: Seattle, Washington
Multiple Positions Available:
1. Own and manage training governance processes, including identifying required training across 60K-person org, overseeing approval workflows, and coordinating launch timelines.
2. Lead user listening initiatives (polls, surveys, and interviews) to identify training pain points and improve enablement effectiveness based on user feedback.
3. Oversee projects that audit and assess training completion, reaction scores, and confidence data to uncover learning hurdles and recommend solutions.
4. Define project goals and develop executable plans to achieve objectives.
5. Manage project execution, ensuring alignment with budget, scope, timeline, and quality standards.
6. Monitor project milestones and deliverables; submit final outputs and initiate or approve plan modifications as needed.
7. Develop scalable solutions to identify outdated or duplicate training content and expand adoption of high-performing trainings.
8. Oversee the adoption and training of new users on inspection tools used for tracking and reporting training impact metrics
9. Maintain accurate documentation by updating team wikis and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
10. Assign and track team responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $149,586/year to $163,900/year)

Basic Qualifications
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field followed by 5 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Must have 3 years of experience in the following:
1) Managing strategy & operations projects from design to implementation for large-scale initiatives
2) Designing, executing, and analyzing customer-facing research initiatives
3) Working with statistical analysis and data mining tools utilizing Excel, Tableau, or SQL.
4) Program management, including managing, planning, organizing,
scheduling, and tracking of projects from initiation, planning, execution, and delivery
The pay range for this position in Seattle, Washington is $149,586/year to $163,900/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
