Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team and work closely with the Head of Product to drive cross-functional product launches for Bee, our innovative personal ambient device. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our product development process, orchestrating collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other key teams to ensure successful product launches from concept to market.
As Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end launch process, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment while maintaining a relentless focus on execution excellence. You'll thrive in ambiguity, solve complex coordination challenges, and ensure that our ambitious product vision translates into flawless market delivery.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, marketing, operations, and sales teams
- Own program timelines, milestones, and deliverables for multiple concurrent product initiatives
- Identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, and escalate critical issues proactively
- Establish and maintain program management processes, tools, and best practices
- Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across all stakeholders
- Track and report on program health, metrics, and key performance indicators

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
