Job Title: Project Manager III
Location: Hybrid, Bothell, WA
Duration: 2 Years
Pay Range: $40- $45 Hourly
Apex Systems client is looking to hire on a Project Manager II that will ensure sites comply with client Standards. The group you will be a part of is in charge of all gas construction services in the greater Bellevue/Eastside areas.
Responsibilities:
- The basic duties would be to work out of the Bothell office doing site inspection in the field at projects to ensure the meter location meets client standards for clearances to building features and managing about 50 gas & electric projects
- They would also ensure the route would be clear of obstacles such as large trees, shrubs, oil tanks, identify the need for bollards that sort of thing.
- The person would take pictures and draw up a site inspection report that would be used for permit application.
- Another requirement would be they would need to be personable and polite while meeting with customers and representing the client.
- 80% of this position will be out in the field driving to the different sites.
- Visiting 8-10 sites daily.
- Required to drive personal vehicle ( Mileage Reimbursement)

- Familiar with Blueprints and topographic maps
