Job Summary

The Marcom LA Team within Apple Services Marketing is looking for an experienced and well-organized Project Manager Coordinator. This position is an administrative role with a specialty in organization of reports, archiving, project scheduling, and general administrative tasks associated with operations of a large creative organization within Apple. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member with a friendly work style, who has an interest in solving data-based problems and a penchant for spreadsheets and trackers. Must be exceptionally well-organized, able to effectively multi-task & prioritize, and take initiative.

Key Qualifications

Extremely well organized and data-oriented
Loves spreadsheets, reports, trackers and keeping accurate, detailed notes
Minimum of 5-7 years as a project manager, program manager or in facilities management, operations management and/or similar administrative support
Must have at least 1-2 years experience in a marketing or advertising department
Must show an aptitude for project management, processes, and administrative duties
Excellent communicator able to work with all levels of management; ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
Experience in project management and resource management tools such as Airtable, Asana or similar platforms
Extremely organized, excellent book-keeping skills, and acute attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, and time sensitive environment
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressure
Has a passion for learning new things, continuous improvement and sharing best practices
Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Exceptional worth ethic, discreet and trustworthy
Must be confident to make complicated decisions on their own when needed and able to explain their reasoning
Able to anticipate change and react efficiently & expeditiously
Overall ability to understand and retain new information quickly
Experience in Numbers, Pages, iCal, Keynote and Excel

Description:

Lead and manage all weekly reports including resourcing status, financial status and summary project status
Monthly recap on progress with tools, systems and resourcing
Partner with creative producing team for operational needs
Look for opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings throughout the department

Hours may fluctuate on project needs.
