Work authorization: Per client, TDDC MSA, and Apex requirements
Summary: Lead delivery for the Investigation Management System Improvements effort, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, schedule management, risk tracking, and overall execution. This role is ideal for a project manager with experience leading complex business and technology initiatives in structured environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, kickoff, scheduling, execution tracking, and overall delivery coordination.
- Manage timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and action items.
- Coordinate work across business, design, engineering, and stakeholder teams.
- Facilitate status meetings, stakeholder reviews, decision sessions, and escalations.
- Prepare project plans, status reports, executive updates, and delivery communications.
- Support scope control, governance, quality oversight, and alignment of deliverables to client expectations.
- Track progress against approved plans and drive resolution of delivery obstacles.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience managing technology, modernization, or system improvement projects in structured delivery environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technical workstreams.
- Strong project planning, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.
- Must meet the applicable TDDC MSA labor category education and experience requirements.
Preferred qualifications:
- Public sector or regulated-environment experience.
- Experience with workflow, case management, or investigation-related systems.
- Familiarity with agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery models.
