Product Marketing Manager

Pay: $125/hr - $135/hr (DOE)
The Planet Group is seeking a Product Manager to join our client's Partnerships team. Will be at the forefront of identifying how we transform our partner products to be delightful and contribute to the business. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of travel and leave a lasting impact on how the world explores and connects.
Candidate will be part of the team responsible for product roadmaps and launches. Will drive specific feature/s that are part of every launch and determine how they are communicated to the external world. Will be responsible for the success of products throughout their life cycle -- from concept to release. And their cross-functional work ensures a consistent product voice across all the products being developed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in product management and/or product marketing.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in product leadership within a cross-functional environment, and a proven ability to build and scale loved, global consumer products and ecosystems.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven ability to take an idea to reality and lead teams through dynamic environments.
- Impact: Experience working on consumer products that drive significant revenue.
- Data-Driven: Strong ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support product strategy and decisions.
- Execution: Excited to drive execution across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ownership: Enjoys the details of individual contributor product management work.
- Partner GTM & Launches: Lead go-to-market strategy for partner integrations and co-marketing launches (brands, events, platforms), aligning product, BD, comms, legal, and ops.
- Partner Enablement: Build enablement toolkits (pitch decks, one-pagers, integration guides, FAQs, case studies) for BD/partner managers and external partners.
- External Focus: Experience delivering partner experiences on 3rd party platforms.
- APIs: Expertise in building APIs that power different types of experiences.
- Adoption & Performance: Own success metrics for partner programs (API adoption, activation, conversion/revenue impact, retention, partner NPS); run experiments to improve performance.
- Storytelling: Ability to build compelling, customer-focused stories and collaborate with marketing and communications partners to bring them to life.
- Travel: Strong ability and desire to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
