What do we need?
We are looking for a Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of business and technology projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, milestones are achieved, and stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.
What are we looking for?
- Assist in planning, managing, and delivering projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Business teams.
- Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Facilitate project meetings and document action items and follow-ups.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks or blockers when necessary.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities.
- Support resource planning and coordination across teams.
- Help improve project management processes and team collaboration practices.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
What will you do?
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to have:
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology companies.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications are a plus
