Description
Apple's Hardware Program Management organization is looking for a Program Manager to lead silicon validation hardware programs end-to-end — from initial board design through factory builds, field deployment, and ongoing support in the hands of silicon validation engineers.
This is an individual contributor role on a high-caliber Senior Program Management team whose mission is to deliver silicon on schedule. You'll be embedded in the heartbeat of Apple's chip development process, driving the validation hardware programs that enable some of the world's most advanced silicon to go from first bring-up to production release.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS in Engineering or related field
- Coursework and/or internship experience in hardware design and/or project management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project or program management, preferably within a hardware, semiconductor, silicon validation, or systems engineering environment.
- Foundational understanding of hardware development and the board design lifecycle — from concept and specification through schematic review, fabrication, bring-up, and production.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-functional programs with aggressive schedules and high-stakes technical dependencies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills — able to drive alignment across engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts; comfortable digging into technical details to understand blockers and drive resolution.
- Experience supporting silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation environments is highly desirable.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $58.32 and $88.08/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
