Program Lead - Corporate IT Operations & Culture
Location: Dallas, TX
Onsite Requirements: Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week
Compensation Range: $65-70/hour

Introduction
Our client is looking for an experienced Program Lead to support strategic initiatives within its Corporate IT organization. This position plays a vital role in driving operational efficiency, workforce planning, organizational change, and employee engagement across the department.
This individual will partner closely with IT leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to implement programs that improve how the organization operates, communicates, and collaborates. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter who enjoys balancing project management with people-focused initiatives and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Coordinate enterprise-wide IT resource planning by monitoring staffing needs, capacity, utilization, and workforce allocation across multiple teams and initiatives.
- Develop and enhance onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors while partnering with HR to support talent development efforts.
- Lead organizational change initiatives by developing communication strategies, adoption plans, and training programs that support business transformation.
- Create internal communications that clearly articulate the purpose, value, and impact of organizational changes.
- Organize and facilitate recurring leadership meetings, department-wide communications, and team engagement sessions.
- Plan and execute internal events, learning sessions, offsites, workshops, and department-wide meetings from concept through completion.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and reporting to ensure visibility into key initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, mitigating risks, and driving accountability across stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT leadership, HR, PMO, and other business partners to align programs with organizational objectives.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives by supporting culture programs, pulse survey action plans, recognition efforts, and team-building activities.
- Help foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment by promoting engagement programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered:8+ years of experience in program management, project management, IT operations, or a related business operations role.
- Proven experience managing enterprise resource planning activities, including resource demand, capacity planning, utilization tracking, and workforce allocation across multiple teams or portfolios.
- Experience developing and improving resource management processes that support operational efficiency and long-term workforce planning.
- Strong understanding of IT organizational operations, including employee and contractor lifecycle management, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce coordination.
- Experience partnering with Human Resources to support employee development initiatives, talent planning, and organizational programs.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational change management initiatives, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, training, and user adoption strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical teams, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a track record of independently driving initiatives from planning through execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements and implement scalable operational solutions.
- Experience using enterprise collaboration and project management tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, dashboards, PPM platforms, or similar technologies.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across IT, HR, PMO, and business leadership teams.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include:Experience with enterprise portfolio management or resource planning tools such as PPM or Cascade.
- Knowledge of employee engagement strategies, internal communications, and culture-building programs.
- Experience partnering with HR, PMO, executive leadership, or Chief of Staff organizations.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement sustainable operational solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
