Program Director – Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship
Cleveland Clinic is pleased to announce an exceptional leadership opportunity in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. We are launching a new Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) fellowship program, with plans to seek ACGME accreditation within the next year, and are seeking a visionary physician to serve as Program Director.
As Program Director, you will shape and lead the development of Cleveland Clinic’s PEM fellowship, build a program from the ground up, mentor future leaders, and contribute to a nationally respected academic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing oversight of the PEM fellowship program.
- Ensure full compliance with ACGME accreditation requirements and standards.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate fellows in both clinical and scholarly activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance pediatric emergency care.
- Design, implement, and continuously evaluate curriculum and educational outcomes.
Qualifications
- Board certification in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within academic medicine or graduate medical education.
- Strong commitment to teaching, mentorship, and faculty development.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Salary range: Minimum salary: $366,540; Maximum salary: $400,980.
