About the Team
Our Growth squad is empowered to identify, scope, design and execute solutions along our customer funnel. This is a highly strategic team that is expected to drive our evolution to an increasingly self‑serve experience. As a Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will be working with a talented and dedicated design, data and engineering team. You will lead them to generate meaningful commercial impact through our growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for our growth strategy, focusing on metrics like organic traffic, lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and product sign‑ups.
- A/B testing and experimental design in partnership with our GTM, Marketing and Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with our Marketing and RevOps teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Lead the end‑to‑end process of hypothesis generation, design, execution, and analysis.
- Work closely with Design and UX teams to improve site navigation, information architecture, and core user flows to ensure a frictionless, high‑converting experience.
- Partner with Marketing, SEO, Engineering, and other Product teams to ensure the corporate site effectively supports product launches, marketing campaigns, and the overall customer journey.
Who you are
- 6 + years of overall professional experience within Product Management
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- A/B testing and experimental design experience
- Experience in product‑led growth or growth strategy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Close attention to detail, ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data and first‑principle insights
- Drive, grit, and persistence to take ownership and move ideas to reality in short periods of time
- Ability to thrive in cross‑cultural and cross‑functional teams
- Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy in order to drive meaningful product growth
