Overview
Infrastructure Program Director — Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA (Onsite). Full-time position with a focus on leading enterprise IT infrastructure programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide IT infrastructure programs, including data center, cloud, network, storage, compute, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Establish program goals, governance structures, schedules, budgets, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage program lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and architecture standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal clients to ensure timely delivery and risk management.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies; report status to executive sponsors and steering committees.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management practices and infrastructure delivery.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in IT program management with a strong focus on infrastructure (data center, cloud, network, storage, compute).
- Proven ability to lead large, complex programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills; ability to influence at the executive level.
- Experience with enterprise IT governance, risk management, and compliance considerations related to infrastructure.
- Onsite availability in Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA; ability to travel as required by program needs.
