So,what’sthe role all about?
NICE Actimise is seeking atalented Senior Product Manager to join our Cloud Product Management team working closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, drive product development, and ensure successful delivery to market.This individual will look both at Data Intelligence products and Client Lifecycle Management applications to help the team bring innovativenew solutionsto the KYC space with leading applications and data packages.
How will you make an impact?
- Providethe strategicdirection and thought leadership in areas of asknowyoucustomer, customer onboarding, KYC screening, and data products.
- Research, gather, and define product requirements driven by client & market needs
- Own roadmap plans andprioritizefeatures to support ongoing delivery, sales/marketing initiatives,Partnersand other client commitments
- Partner with product managers and marketing on go to market messaging
- Write market requirements documents that effectively communicate requirements to Technical Product Management, R&D, and other relevant technical teams
- Support project implementations and sales teams as subject matter expert for the Fraud space and the assigned products, including technical productexpertise
- Drive creative resolution of escalated project issues withoptimalbusiness outcome across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Assistmanagement with special projects as they come up
Haveyou got what it takes?
- At least 5 years’ experience defining complex software productsfor financial services
- Proven experience as a Product Managerofcomplex B2Bsoftware
- Experience withCloud Product Management and Deliveryaan advantage
- BS or BA degree or higher
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Advanced Analytics products or teams is an advantage
- Personal Qualities: creative, dynamic, hard worker, self-starter, assertive, energetic
- Ability to work in a fluid, start-up likeenvironment.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
- Experience/knowledge of AML or Fraud solutions
