What you'll do
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback and market analysis.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future enhancements.
- Facilitate user testing and gather feedback to iterate on product features, ensuring a user-centric approach to development.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
- Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
- Present product updates and strategic initiatives to executive leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure product alignment with overall business objectives and strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a tech or digital product environment, with a minimum of 5 years in a related role.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with user research methodologies and a strong focus on user experience design.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
- Previous experience working in a startup environment.
- Fluency in German is advantageous but not mandatory.
