Supervisory Management And Program Analyst (Unit Chief)
As a Supervisory Management And Program Analyst (Unit Chief), you will perform the following duties:
- Direct subordinate supervisors and their teams to accomplish program goals, priorities, and deadlines related to program evaluations, operations, and analytical studies.
- Evaluate subordinate supervisors through performance appraisals, work reviews, feedback, and recommendations on personnel actions.
- Oversee personnel, budget, and equipment resources to address operational needs and support strategic priorities.
- Lead complex studies and program evaluations addressing agency operations, management processes, and issues of national significance.
- Develop performance measures, analyze program data, and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
