Virtual Adolescent Php/Iop Therapist – Outpatient Services
Rolling Hills Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Php/Iop Therapist to join our growing Outpatient Services team. As a Php/Iop Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support to patients participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (Php) and Intensive Outpatient Program (Iop). This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through group therapy, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and collaborative treatment planning in a supportive behavioral health environment.
Schedule: Full-Time Monday – Thursday 11:30 Am – 8:00 Pm Enjoy a consistent four-day workweek with fridays off!
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational group sessions
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Develop and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
- Document services in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards
- Support patients in achieving treatment goals and successful transitions of care

Qualifications:
- Education/Licensure/Certification: Master's Degree in the Behavioral Health Field (e.g. Counseling, Social Work, Psychology) REQUIRED
- Current Tennessee Driver's License
- Current Hwc and Cpr Certification
- Experience in providing individual and group counseling to individuals in a psychiatric treatment setting; excellent telephone etiquette and tact; ability to interact effectively with persons of widely diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socio-economic classes, those in crisis or resistant or negative toward organization; effective oral and written communication skills; basic data entry skills preferred; organizational, time management, problem solving, crisis management skills necessary; flexibility, creativity, and ability to manage stress necessary.
