Social Work Services For Veterans
The incumbent provides social work services and case management services for Veterans with behavioral health diagnoses as an integral part of the outpatient Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP) team. The incumbent will provide direct assessment of substance use disorder (SUD) and dually diagnosed patients. Incumbent coordinates care to assure that care is timely, appropriate, of high quality, and cost effective.
