To drive operational excellence for clients, the full-time Senior Consultant, NetSuite Project Manager will manage end-to-end project delivery, serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, and ensure high-quality service across a diverse client portfolio. Key responsibilities Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and quality expectations while tracking task progress and identifying delivery risks Serve as the main point of contact for client meetings, facilitating planning, scheduling, and status updates Proactively assess client needs and feedback to enhance the overall client experience and ensure consistent service delivery Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of experience in a professional services firm or private industry, with at least 1 year in professional services 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong preference for ERP implementation experience, particularly in NetSuite Experience managing teams of business analysts, developers, and solution architects to deliver projects efficiently Demonstrated high competency in project management resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction
